We are happy to accept a return-and-exchange within 7 days from the day we send the purchases out of our centre but for purchases in Singapore only. For us to consider your return, please send us an email on email@example.com with the receipt or proof of purchase, a photo of the item which you are considering to return and the reason of the return. We do not accept change of mind and will only allow a return-and-exchange on reasonable grounds.
This return-and-exchange policy if approves, will allow you to exchange for another item of the same or higher value. In the event that your preferred item for the exchange is of a lower value, we are unable to refund the difference in cash. You may opt to buy another item and top up the difference.
To be eligible for a return-and-exchange policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging so that we can still sell it to our next customer in the same perfect condition which every customer of ours deserves.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. SALE/ Discounted items, goods of paper or textile nature or goods that may post hygiene concerns. For examples, mugs, food, skin care and beauty products, floor mats, towels, pillows, cushions, table mats, fabric coasters and etc cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you have picked up the items in Singapore and have relocated to overseas, we will not be able to attend to your return-and-exchange request.
Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have approved your request. Once your request is approved, we will arrange an appointment at our collection centre for you to exchange your item. Only items which eventually fulfill our return-and-exchange policy after physical examination can be exchanged.
Please do not send the item back to us by post in case of further misunderstanding on the returning condition of the item. Please take note that we do not pick up any return items ourselves due to limited resources.
