Product Prices, Delivery and Shipping Policies
Important Notice :
Due to the on-going development of COVID-19 worldwide, our international delivery may be limited, delayed or impossible (due to cancel of shipment flights). Please check with us before you place your order. If you have already placed your order, we may politely refuse your order if we cannot fulfill it and you will receive an email informing you of the cancellation and refund.
All prices quoted on our shopping site are in Singapore dollars. We do not charge GST. We offer wholesale prices for selective products which may be extended to consumers. We are currently working on growing the list longer. Such products typically have to be purchased in larger quantities.Delivery Addresses / Methods
We deliver to addresses in Singapore as long as the delivery addresses are accessible to public/ to delivery service providers (such as SingPost) whom we engage. Your order will usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days upon "ready to ship", do check with us if you have any questions.
For any delivery done by our in-house delivery men, we will contact you in advance to arrange for the delivery date/time. Each delivery is charged at $5. In the event that our delivery is unsuccessful, for example, you are not available at the scheduled time of delivery, we will arrange for you to collect your ordered items at our collection centre within recommended hours. Any re-delivery will attract a $10 charge. In the event that your orders are delivered by SingPost or other outsourced delivery service providers, the delivery schedule is outside of our control and will be governed by standards set by them.
Pre-order / Wholesale Items
If you have placed an order for pre-order / wholesale items, we would like you to know that these are items which are not in our Singapore warehouse but will be imported from Japan / Korea warehouses upon your requests. Pre-order items may take between 1 and 3 weeks to reach Singapore for us to pack and send them to you, whether locally (in Singapore) or internationally. These items are also subject to stocks availability which we will check upon your order request. If there is no more stock, we will keep you posted and refund your payment.
Please take note that some pre-order / wholesale items have a minimum purchase quantity as indicated in the product description.
We ship internationally. If you are based overseas (outside of Singapore), you will be charged S$60 for overseas shipping charges when you confirm your shopping cart purchase. The shipping charges cover standard mailing postage and small amount of handling fees. We may contact you to request for additional postage to be paid if S$60 is falling short of the final postage cost. However, if you have over paid for the postage, particularly when you have only bought a small item, we will keep you posted and refund the balance back into the same credit card account which you had used to make the purchase.
We typically send your purchase via a tracking mailing option or a registered mail through our local Singapore Post service provider. Our other option is only via DHL.
Please take note that for fragile items, we will always choose the best delivery option to handle such items. While we will always try our best to wrap and secure fragile items for the shipping journey, we are not responsible for the mishandling of such items or misconduct by any third parties (such as postman, mail/ parcel sorting machines, your local mail handlers) as their conduct and handling methods are not within our control.
You take full responsibility to claim your items from your customs if your items are retained by your customs. If your purchased items do not reach you and you suspect that the items may be lost, please contact us on email@example.com and we will assist to trace for the items. If the service provider informs us that the items are already delivered, we will assume the same. Therefore, it is important that you give us the correct detailed delivery address.
Purchase on international delivery will arrive at your destination depending on the shipping process, such as outgoing shipment date by our choice of service provider, custom clearance (if any) and the last mile distribution by your local distribution network.
Despite our effort to try to serve you internationally, we reserve the rights not to accept your orders, and will refund your payment if we are unable to fulfill your international order(s). We thank you for your understanding.
